Notification of Death - Don E. Clevenger

OFDA received word this morning that member Don E. Clevenger, 53, died Tuesday, December 11, 2007, in his home. Mr. Clevenger was a funeral director and embalmer, Vice President and partner with the Mast-Mock-Hoffman-Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 14, 2007 at Mast-Mock-Hoffman-Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home, 529 Jefferson Avenue, Defiance, 43512. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance, Ohio.

Mr. Clevenger is survived by his wife Christina; mother, Allene Clevenger and brother, Darrell Layne.

Friends may make contributions to the Paulding Hospital Foundation, American Heart Association and/or to the Diabetes Foundation.
