About -

Join us as we discover new ways to better communicate with your team and guests despite the barrier of wearing of a mask. Learn how to leverage unique and creative ways to use tone of voice, body language, eye movements, and special greetings to connect with others & how to implement these practices with your team.

We will also focus on considerations for mask use when communicating with people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind and/or visually impaired. Considerations and strategies that align with best practices to date will be shared to support effective communication and the sharing of information.
