GENERAL SESSION AGENDA

The meeting will begin by covering Association business followed by presentations from Barb Utrup, PRADCO’s Senior Management Consultant, and ODJFS Information Services’ Larry Lynch and Mark Smith. Following our guest speakers, OJFSDA will conclude the meeting with an end-of-year wrap up.

We are pleased that PRADCO’s Senior Management Consultant Barb Utrup will be joining us in person to present Now’s the Time: Embrace Your Brand. Barb has facilitated numerous highly rated and successful virtual management trainings for the Association, including a session during May’s virtual conference, and we are excited to bring the following to you Friday from 10:00-11:00AM:

You’re exhausted? I can’t imagine why – having to empathize, strategize, build the bike as you ride it, listen to complaints, and work more with less through a pandemic is tiring. In the midst of trying to help everyone else and be everything for everybody, it can be easy to lose yourself. What is it that you need? What is it that you want? This engaging presentation is focused on YOU.

Your brand is your trademark; an authentic representation of who you are. What do people think of when they hear your name? What unique style and value differentiates you, and comes across in all aspects of your work and interactions?

Together, we will:

  • Reflect on the values you consistently deliver
  • Discuss how to use dynamic presence to demonstrate your brand
  • Discover actions to continue, stop, or start to embrace your brand
