New Year, New OJFSDA Conference

Calling all JFS Leaders!

This year the OJFSDA Annual Training Conference has a new look and a new focus that will provide exciting training opportunities for those in leadership roles.

Please save the date Thursday, May 6th and Friday, May 7th from 9AM to 3PM for an informative, uplifting virtual experience that will offer sessions on leadership, communication styles, dealing with change and more! This training has been developed specifically for supervisors, managers and other current or future leaders across all JFS program areas.

But what about the training tracks that we usually offer?

Don’t worry, we will be offering traditional tracks like fiscal, public assistance, workforce development, and human resources throughout the year with a series of topic specific webinars free of charge. We will share those details as they solidify.

We know you’ve had a crazy year that has required you to be incredibly flexible. We hope this unique approach to the training conference helps support you during this challenging time and honors the resiliency you have shown. And of course, we hope to see all of you in 2022 for a big in-person conference celebration.
