PrimaryOne Health is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. As a Physician, you will provide quality care to all patients to include consultation, diagnosis, treatment and education in accordance with guidelines and principles of practice. Participate in quality improvement, prevention activities in the community and health disparity reduction projects, provide leadership, guidance and direction to mid-level providers, nurses, MAs and staff. You will also precept and have standard care agreements with PrimaryOne Health nurse practitioners. In addition, Physicians are responsible for being in compliance with peer review and QI program and attending all relevant PrimaryOne Health meetings. You will also collaborate with those responsible for case management, social services, referrals, community prevention and other PrimaryOne Health managers and communicate in a manner that promotes trust and cooperation among patients and staff.
