2026 OOS Call for Presentations
We are pleased to announce the Call for Presentations for the annual Ohio Osteopathic Symposium. This event brings together physicians, educators, and healthcare leaders to explore emerging trends, share evidence-based practices, and advance excellence in patient care.
We invite you to submit proposals for lectures, OMT and procedure workshops, case-based sessions, or panel discussions. Presentations should focus on timely clinical updates, evolving healthcare challenges, and interprofessional perspectives relevant to practicing physicians and healthcare teams.

- Addiction medicine trends, including newly abused medications/OTCs
- Failure to thrive in children
- Eating disorders in teens
- Noninvasive cardiac testing
- Insomnia and sleep disorder best practices
- Updates on GINA guidelines for asthma management
- Vaccine misinformation and communication strategies
- Minimally invasive and robotic surgical care updates
- Lifestyle and nutrition practices
- Ethics cases and clinical insights
- Osteopathic manipulative treatment workshops (newborn latching, surgical ergonomics)

Submission Requirements:
- Presentation title
- Three measurable learning objectives
- Presenter CV
- Disclosure of relevant financial relationships
Submission Deadline: Friday, December 5, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: Friday, January 2, 2026
All submissions will be reviewed by the OOS CME Planning Committee. Accepted presenters will receive scheduling details, presentation guidelines, and continuing education compliance instructions.
