AOA/SOMA Student Poster Deadline Is August 1

The deadline for OU-HCOM students to submit research abstracts for the 26th Annual National Research Symposium Poster Contest is August 1st. 

The 26th Annual National Research Symposium, co-sponsored by the American Osteopathic Association and the Student Osteopathic Medical Association, will take place Oct. 8, during OMED 2012 in San Diego.

The them for this year's symposium is  "Premier OMM-Relevant Research and Charting a Collaborative Way Forward,"  The AOA and the OOA encourage students to share research and evidence-based medicine on how OMT impacts health by particitpating in the the Symposium's poster competition .
