Comment on SMBO Proposed Rule Updates on Mental Health Assistants, Prescriptive Authority, and Opioid Use Disorder

The State Medical Board of Ohio (SBMO) is seeking public input on proposed rules pertaining to Regulation of Certified Mental Health Assistants, Physician-Delegated Prescriptive Authority, Opioid Use Disorder Treatment and provisions of State Medical Board Applicable to Certified Mental Health Assistants.

SBMO will review comments received and possibly make changes to the initially proposed language before the rules are then filed with the Common Sense Initiative Office.
