'No Change' Rules Near End of Review Process

SMBO Files Rules with JCARR

The State Medical Board of Ohio has filed the following rules with the Joint Commission on Agency Rule Review that make no changes to the current language. Rules under consideration pertain to Personal Information Systems, Continuing Medical Education, Controlled Substance Prescribing, Exposure-Prone Invasive Procedures, Light Based Medical Devices, Delegation of Medical Tasks, and Radiologist Assistant Licensing Rules.

The rules will receive a hearing before JCARR at a future date.
