This position serves as the System Pharmacy Executive responsible for all Pharmacy Services as well as developing and communicating the mission, vision and goals of OhioHealth Pharmacy Services. This individual will have direct reports within the hospitals and System Level Director positions. This role includes direct oversight of the quality and safety outcomes of the pharmacy departments, working with Senior OhioHealth Leaders to understand financial, safety, and strategic needs of the organization and facilitate accomplishment of those needs within Pharmacy Services. This individual will lead efforts for system alignment including operations and building strong relationships with the Medical Staffs.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively more responsible clinical and management experience is required, preferably as part of an integrated health care system
• Strong communication and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to function effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment • MS, MHA or MBA degree or current enrollment for completion of one of these degrees will be required
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Ohio
• PharmD degree preferred
