Happy New Year! I would like to personally invite you to attend the Western States Communication Association (WSCA) Convention in Salt Lake City, UT from February 18-21, 2017. ORWAC is sponsoring the pre-conference, “From Margin to Center: Feminist Inquiry in the Communication Discipline” on Saturday, February 18th. We are also sponsoring six panel and paper sessions during the WSCA Convention, including ORWAC’s Top Four Paper session on Sunday, February 19th at 9:00am. Don’t forget to attend our Business Meeting and social on February 19th at 5:45pm. At the Business Meeting, we will have elections to fill the position of Graduate Student Representative.

Members are eligible to apply in one of three grant categories that support scholars at different levels of their career: Category 1 for M.A. students, Category 2 for PhD students, and Category 3 for instructors or tenure/track faculty.
