The food survey industry lost $30 billion in revenue last month

The Ohio Restaurant Association (ORA) released the findings of a national survey showing that about half of Ohio's restaurants have closed their doors - some with no hope of reopening.

The survey says the food survey industry lost $30 billion in revenue last month, and it is on track to lose another $50 billion by the end of the month.

As the owner of the restaurant FUSIAN in Columbus, Stephan Harman says running a business in a COVID-19 world requires flexibility.
