Hotel Companies Publicize Detailed Plans for New Cleanliness Protocols

New comprehensive health and safety procedures must be enacted

Two additional hotel companies, IHG and Rosewood, have joined the ranks of hospitality entities that have developed and enhanced their hygiene practices and protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

They follow Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Kempinski, Langham and Wynn, as well the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), which launched the Safe Stay initiative, convening a global council to develop industry-wide cleaning standards.
