Raising the Curtain - Safely
When Broadway opens up for live shows once again (the plan currently stands at Sept. 8, according to the New York Post), the Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) is working to ensure that everyone stays  safe—actors, crew, and audiences alike.

AEA this week announced principles for restarting live performances in theaters, including that the epidemic be under control via testing and contact tracing, that there be a way to readily identify and isolate cases, and that all parties involved in producing a show collaborate on COVID-19 control. Also in the principles is a recognition that the pandemic has probably changed many aspects of theater operations, at least for now.
