The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has upended industries across the globe, and many employees have been asked to work from home.

It seems like a small shift, but working from home requires employees to integrate new platforms and modes of communication, juggle work and home responsibilities (particularly if they have young children), strategically modify their goals and to understand and adapt to the pandemic's challenges.
