COVID-19 Update: 5,737 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 5,737 new COVID-19 cases and 307 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths.

ODH also reported 2,601,241 confirmed cases, 33,537 deaths and 108,598 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,331,241 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,176,196 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This figure represents 61 percent of Ohioans - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
