PACES
Pennsylvania Association of Counselor Education & Supervision (PACES)
The Pennsylvania Association of Counselors Educators and Supervisors (PACES) is a division of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association (PCA) for professional counselors with an interest in research/teaching-related and/or clinical supervision issues.
The Purpose of PACES is:
- 
To promote the purpose of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and PCA 
- 
To advance counselor education and supervision in Pennsylvania 
- 
To advocate for issues important to counselor educators across the Commonwealth 
- 
To advance and improve the education of professional counselors in PA 
- 
To promote the purpose of the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) 
PACES Member Benefits:
- 
PACES holds regional meetings held throughout the year to provide educational opportunities for counselor educators and supervisors 
- 
PACES provides networking opportunities for counselor educators and supervisors across the Commonwealth 
- 
PACES advocates for the many issues facing counselor education programs across the state, as well as advocating for those providing clinical supervision 
- 
The PACES Emerging Leaders Fellowship provides doctoral students with opportunities to engage in leadership and networking opportunities 
- 
PACES is a community in which counselor educators and supervisors can share best practices, discuss common concerns, and work collaboratively to overcome challenges facing the profession.

PACES engages in advocacy for members, including monitoring issues related to accreditation, legislation, and activity by professional organizations.
