he Pennsylvania Counseling Association is seeking nominations for its 59th President
The Pennsylvania Counseling Association is seeking nominations for its 59th President.
This position entails a 3-year commitment to serve as President-Elect (2026-2027), President (2027-2028), and Immediate Past-President (2028-2029).
Requirements for the position of President-Elect include:
- Professional membership in the Pennsylvania Counseling Association
- Reside in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Hold a Master’s degree or higher in a Professional Counseling discipline
- Have a strong professional identity as a professional counselor or counselor educator
- Be a member of the American Counseling Association
- Have served in a position within PCA for a minimum period of 6 months
The 59th President of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association will receive funding to attend the Annual Conference of the American Counseling Association in 2027 and 2028, in addition to a free lifetime PCA Conference registration and a lifetime PCA membership (upon completion of the full three-year term).
