Best Workplace in the Americas Winners Announced
Printing Industries of America has announced the winners of the 2019 Best Workplace in the Americas (BWA) award and the Safety Shield designation. The Best Workplace in the Americas award winners were evaluated on human resources benchmarking categories that recognize companies that embrace the most sought-after qualities for today's work environment: Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Safety & Work Environment. The Safety Shield designation winners were evaluated on the importance of focusing on safety practices in the workplace. Judged by an anonymous panel of human relations professionals from the industry, the BWA awards show that companies of any size can excel in their commitment to employees.
Four of our members won the Best Workplace designation: CJK (Cincinnati, OH), Digital Print Solutions (Richfield, OH), Phototype (Cincinnati, OH), and Steinhauser (Newport, KY).
Hopkins Printing (Columbus, OH) was given the highest honor in this awards program, the Best of the Best designation.
Hopkins Printing and CJK were also awarded the Safety Shield designation.
This year's honorees will be celebrated at a luncheon awards presentation at the 2019 President's Conference March 3-5 in Phoenix, Arizona.
