Continued decreases in congregational ELCA Mission Support sent to the synod office have necessitated further reductions in staff and support for ministry programs.
The position of Financial Controller for the synod has been eliminated. As a result, Rebecca Seifert is no longer with the synod office. We thank her for her years of service and prayerfully wish the best for her.
Accounting functions for the synod are now being handled by an outside accounting company. Once the transition is fully in place, the current synod budget and congregational remittance reports will be posted to the Financials section of the synod website.
