What Kind of Results Can I Expect if My Congregation Commits to the 2012-2013 Leadership Institute?

The Southern Ohio Leadership Institute organizers expect that at least two-thirds of participating congregations will increase their worship attendance by 20% or more.

This will be achieved by:

• designing at least one new ministry to meet the needs of the local community
• writing and intentionally communicating a purpose, vision and strategic plan
• empowering pastors and lay leaders to make all daily operating decisions in ministry programs
• nurturing volunteers by providing adequate information, training, and resources
• using communications that match the numerical size of the congregation
