Pr. Schreck has been released from the hospital in Nashville. She and her husband remain close to the hospital for frequent check-ups, but Miriam is doing well and the outlook is good.
Miracles continue to happen...Pr. Schreck has been moved to a step down unit and is no longer on any pain medicines. Doctors continue to be amazed at her progress. Currently, doctors are trying to find the right amount of anti-rejection medication so Miriam's body will continue to accept the transplanted liver.

Prayers of thanksgiving for the liver transplant that Pr. Miriam Schreck received today, October 7, 2011.
She is at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN and is recovering from a 3 1/2 hour surgery.
The doctor's are pleased with the surgery and her current condition.
We will post updates on Pr. Schreck's progress as information becomes available.
