The 2012 Mayo Clinic Health Assessment opened to ELCA health plan members January 1. For sponsoring employers (congregations) to receive a 2% discount on ELCA health contributions for all of 2012, your synod (all congregations and organizations in the synod), seminary or churchwide ministry needs 65% of its eligible ELCA-primary plan members to take the assessment by April 30.
What can you do? Actively encourage the ELCA-primary plan members in your synod, congregation or organization to take it! It's an act of stewardship for this church. (And eligible plan members earn a $150 personal wellness account credit in the process.)
