Reminder! Take the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment Today!

Portico Benefit Services (formerly ELCA Board of Pensions) members and their eligible spouses are reminded to take the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment before April 30, 2012.

Those completing the health assessment will receive $150 personal wellness account credit.

If 60% of the Southern Ohio Synod's eligible Portico members take the health assessment, their employers (i.e. congregations) will earn a 2% discount on their contributions to the plan, freeing that money to be used for mission and ministry.

The health assessment is totally confidential and no one in your congregation, our synod or in the ELCA will see your results.
