Today, the application for the ELCA World Hunger-funded Domestic Hunger Grants 2014 cycle opens. The Domestic Hunger Grant program is one way that ELCA World Hunger partners with and supports local efforts to eradicate hunger and poverty here in the United States and the Caribbean. Relief, development, community organizing and advocacy projects are all welcome at the table.
The application opens today, May 15 and closes July 17, 2013. Grantees from these applications will be funded for work in 2014. Please share this information widely with your synods, congregations and communities.
