SynodFest 2012

Cincinnati, Ohio

SynodFest 2012 will be held in the Cincinnati area and offer families, couples, singles, the young, and young-at-heart an opportunity to meet, share and grow with others in our synod while serving, learning, worshiping and celebrating side-by-side at a variety of events offered over several days.

SynodFest 2012 will begin on June 6 with programming specific to our synod's Rostered Leaders. These workshops will wrap up on Friday, June 8 when activities open to the entire synod will commence. Assembly will be held the morning of June 9. We will wrap up SynodFest 2012 on Sunday, June 10.

SynodFest Service Projects are in the works.  The plan is to offer family-friendly service project opportunities in the Cincinnati area on Friday and/or Saturday June 8 and 9, 2012.  Stay tuned for details.

SynodFest Worship, Dinner, and a Concert is also being planned for the evening of Friday June 8, 2012.  During the worship a special commissioning will take place for those heading to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans.

SynodFest Day at King's Island is scheduled for Saturday June 9, 2012.  Although groups will be purchasing tickets on their own the Synod is working on reserving a Shelter House for a couple of hours in the evening.
