Spanish for Ministry class starts February 7 and is open to all SOS members and the community
Spanish for Ministry is sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Seminary in partnership with Speak Our Language, LLC to offer you three levels of Spanish classes that build upon each other to prepare you for real conversations with real people in your community.
Level 1: Beginner, novice, or if you need a refresher of the basics. Present tense, regular verbs, telling time, numbers, personal descriptions and food vocabulary
Level 2: Builds upon Level 1 (pre-requisite to Level 2) with deeper dive into SER/ESTAR, TENER, stem-changing verbs and an introduction into indirect object pronouns with Gustar, etc. Themes of family and travel.
Level 3: Builds upon Level 2 (pre-requisite to Level 3) with emphasis mostly on conversation. Introduces past tense verbs with themes of current event.
Classes start February 7 and run through May 2, 2017. The 12 week program costs $350.
If you can't take the course this fall, all three levels are offered in the Spring as well!
