Obituary for The Rev. Paul Meuser

The Reverend Paul M. Meuser went to the Church Triumphant on Sunday, January 22, 2017. He was 84 years old.

Pr. Meuser graduated from Capital University in 1954 and Lutheran Trinity Seminary in 1958. He served at Messiah Lutheran Church, Swartz Creek, Michigan, Truth Lutheran Church, Detroit, Michigan, St. John Lutheran Church, Grove City, Ohio and as chaplain for Lutheran Social Services in Columbus, Ohio. He retired in 1994.

He is survived by his children, Dan Meuser (Gina Mogavero), Bill Meuser (Debbie Riccioli) and Louise (Mike) Machemehl; and son-in-law, John McKinney.

A memorial service will be held at North Community Lutheran Church, 114 Morse Road, Columbus, OH, Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. Pastor Chris Adams, officiating, followed by a luncheon at the church. Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Private interment at Kingwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kobacker House or Lutheran Social Services.
