Harvey Flood Photo-Gulf Coast SynodHurricane Harvey disaster response: How you can help now

What is needed most now is prayer and financial donations. DO NOT send in-kind donations at this time. Local communities are not equipped to handle in-kind donations (example: bottled water, food, clothing).

Watch our website and Facebook page for updates on Hurricane Irma and what you can do to help with recovery efforts there once we know the full impact of the storm.

Ignite the Church Conference February 5-7, 2018--Don't miss out!

On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther nailed 95 Theses on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany to invite public discourse about the need for change and renewal in the Church. Luther's efforts ignited the Protestant Reformation that changed history. 500 years later, with 80-85% of churches in the United States plateaued or declining, the Church needs to embrace a new season of change and renewal to ignite the Church for another 500 years.

ELCA issues statement on gender identity discrimination

In light of recent public events and conversation, it is important to remember the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) rejects all forms of hatred or discrimination.
