Reminder! Invitation to join Bishop Dillahunt for a COVID-19 virus discussion and its impacts on the local church and our communities

Dear Rostered Minister of the Southern Ohio Synod,

In Bishop Dillahunt’s note to the synod from 3.12.20, she invited you to join her, our staff and a health care expert for a Q & A discussion surrounding the latest protocols related to the COVID-19 virus outbreak and its impact on the local church and our communities.

At the bottom of this message is the call in information. This is an audio call only, so you may join via your phone or computer.

The purpose of this call is to ask questions, express concerns and connect with the Bishop’s office at a time when many leaders may feel isolated. The call will be limited to one hour to respect everyone’s time. We ask that you send in your questions ahead of time so we can be ready to answer them. In addition, if you join the call on your computer, you will have access to the chat button, which looks like a cartoon dialogue box, at the top of your screen. You can submit questions by way of the chat box or if you are calling in using your phone, you can send an email to Susan Barton-Nonno (sbarton-nonno@southernohiosynod.org). Depending on the number of rostered ministers joining the call, we may be able to open up the call lines so you can ask your question verbally.

Please send your questions for Monday’s call to sbarton-nonno@southernohiosynod.org by Monday, March 16 at 10 am.
