Synod-wide Youth & Family World Hunger Event--Oct 22
Who: For Children, Youth and Families (all are welcome)
What: A World Hunger Event called the Citizen’s Tour
When: Saturday October 22, 2011 from noon to 3pm
Where: Abiding Christ Lutheran Church 326 East Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, Ohio. (937-878-2888)
Cost: $5 in advance $7 at the door. Proceeds to go to World Hunger. If you choose to donate $10 you will receive a free music download card.
Details: The afternoon will be filled with music, fun, snacks, and hunger awareness activities. Performances will take place by youth gathering artists AGAPE* (David Scherer) and Rachel Kurtz. For those going to the gathering there will also be exclusive videos about the Youth Gathering at the end of the experience; however, the event is open to all whether going to the Gathering or not.
