Register Today for the 2012 Lay School of Theology Course "Understanding the Psalms"
Feeling joyous? Full of praise? Angry? Frustrated? Lonely? The Psalms have an “app” for every emotion! This winter and spring the Lay School of Theology course will be exploring the treasure-trove we know as the Book of Psalms. Our instructor, Pr. Steve Kimpel, has an extensive background in Old Testament, and those who took “Old Testament Survey” with Pr. Steve also know his classes are fun and enjoyable.
Understanding the Psalms promises to be an interesting and meaningful learning experience. It’s geared for the person-in-the-pew and also for people in positions of lay worship leadership in the congregation. Why not join us?
Classes begin February 4th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran, Chillicothe.
