38 People Still Needed to Reach Our 65% Goal-Please Take the Health Assessment Today!

The chart below is from the Portico Benefit Services website. The website shows the progress for all of the 65 ELCA synods toward the 65% participation goal in the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment.

As you can see, the Southern Ohio Synod had 81 people take the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment between January 1 and March 31, 2012. We do not know who those individuals are, but we want to say "Thank You" for taking a few minutes to complete the assessment and move us closer to our 65% goal. As you can also see, we were at 51.8% this time last year. We are currently only at 44.2%. We need 38 more people to take the health assessment BEFORE APRIL 30. Otherwise, we forfeit the $33,000 in synod-wide savings.

If you have not taken the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment, please do so today or before April 30. You get money in your account to use toward out of pocket expenses AND you move us one person closer to our goal. It only takes a few minutes and is completely confidential. Portico Benefit Services only receives the total numbers of those taking the assessment from each synod. They do not know who took the assessment and neither do synods.
