This session will be a summary of completed and planned rollbacks as they relate to air quality regulations, along with implications due to these rollbacks. Topics include Once In Always In, Project Emissions Accounting, Methane regulations, proposed amendments to FFFF (MON), and emerging contaminants (e.g. PFAS/PFOA). In addition, recent trends in enforcement initiatives and litigation regulations/approaches will be discussed. Attendees will better understand potential vulnerabilities with respect to regulatory oversight and public opposition.
