Wally Gregory and Kimberly Urie have been leading BASF on a journey to transform safety culture at manufacturing sites in North America. The Exposure Reduction Process focuses on many aspects that help determine safety culture, including safety leadership, employee engagement and the identification and removal of barriers. Wally and Kim have assisted with incident investigations when human factors were identified as contributing factors to better understand what drives at-risk behaviors and corrective actions that change those behaviors.
