This session will cover the requirements for creating and/or integrating the spill response and prevention plans that include the Spill, Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan, the Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP), the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and the Groundwater Protection Plan (GPP). Participants will gain a basic understanding of the EPA, Texas, and Louisiana requirements for spill response and prevention plan development and how best to integrate these plans.
