WebSuite2 System Upgrade

We want to make you aware that we will be performing system upgrades to WebSuite2 on Saturday, May 19th beginning at 7:00am EDT.

These upgrades include changes to the underlying system components and program code. They do not require any retraining or relearning for you or your staff.

We do not presently anticipate any downtime during this period. However, it may be necessary to take the system offline temporarily, should a problem arise. Our goal is to make the upgrade completely transparent to all users.

There is never a 'perfect' time to do system updates. But to minimize any potential impact on you or your members, we are performing this work early in the morning on a weekend.

We've researched all existing client events for this weekend and have chosen a date and time when the fewest number of conferences are scheduled. The upgrade should take less than one hour. We have allocated five hours for post-upgrade testing.

A number of clients have already been using this upgraded version of WebSuite2 for several months. We thank them for helping to 'test drive' the updated application.
