The printed (PDF) version of registration invoices has been updated to reflect promo code discounts - similar to that shown on the final Registration Summary screen.

Other fine-tuning adjustments were made to the printed invoices, including a decrease in line spacing in order fit more information on the printed page (reducing the total number of pages as well).
