An all-new Contacts Hierarchy Report has been added to the Main Menu under the 'ContactsDatabase' sub-heading.

This report allows you to output Contact information in a 'tree' format, based upon the relationships (connections) you have established in the Contacts module.  For company-based organizations, the report will list main locations and then branches, for example. 

You are able to filter and sort records at any level of the hierarchy.  You also have full control over the information that is output by utilizing Address Blocks.

If you used our Prevail AMS product, this report is similar to the 'Relations Hierarchy' report.
