Utilizing New ACH Return Reason Codes: R10, R11 and R17
The ACH Network has new and expanded return reason codes for you to use! Financial institutions can now use R17 to return ACH transactions containing an invalid account number. Beginning next April, institutions can start using R10 and R11 to return unauthorized debits during phase one of implementation.
