Mary has served as WACHA’s president for over 20 years and as PAR’s president since it was established in 2011. Mary serves on multiple national payments committees including National ACH Association’s (NACHA’s) Board of Directors, NACHA’s Risk Management Advisory, and she participated in the Federal Debit Collection Improvement Act. Mary has also chaired several payment campaigns and councils including the Federal Debit Collection Improvement Act, NACHA’s Electronic Check Council, NACHA’s Corporate Payments Council, and served as the chairman for the Regional Payments Association. She is widely sought as an authority on electronic payments and is a frequent and popular speaker at NACHA’s annual conference as well as a number of other regional conferences.

Michele is the Assistant Vice President/Director of Training at WACHA, The Premier Payments Resource headquartered in Wisconsin.  Prior to joining the WACHA team in 2009, Michele spent several years as a corporate trainer in the financial industry.  She is responsible for development and execution of association training and certification programs, conference planning, and member service.  She is a member of NACHA’s Blue Ribbon Panel and is active on other national committees.  She obtained her AAP and NCP certifications in 2010 and 2011 respectively.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin.
