2009 Winner: Best Office Project-Large Scale
Diley Ridge Medical Park is an approximately 50 acre medical campus being developed as a joint venture between mount Carmel Health System and Fairfield Medical Center. This building is under construction with a completion date of February 1, 2010. It is 70% leased with signed leases from Nationwide Children's Hospital, Mount Carmel Health System, Fairfield Medical Center and other physician practices.
The long term plan includes a regional full scale hospital, an emergency department, an imaging building and a medical office building in Phase 1. To be included in later phases are ambulatory surgery services and a full scale acute care patient bed tower. The 46,000 square foot two-story medical office building will be connected to the emergency building providing easy access to the physicians in the medical office building.
