Taking into account significant sustainable design elements in its design and construction.  This LEED certified building provides unique functionality and energy efficient savings for its tenants.  Prologis has installed a Remote Energy Management System in the facility so that the HVAC equipment can be controlled remotely from a desktop, IPAD, IPHONE, or other mobile device. This technology will in real time provide our Tenants with long term energy efficiency and savings in this state of the art facility. The park offers 15-year/100% real estate tax abatement, as well as a creative Joint Economic Development Zone (JEDZ) which was put in place by Prologis, with the assistance of a NAIOP member, Scott Ziance, at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease.  Since 2005 more than 1200 jobs have been created in Prologis Park 70 Etna providing a significant income base for the community.
