As part of the ACEC Ohio Strategic Plan, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee was created with the mission to ensure ACEC Ohio is recognized as a welcoming organization where all members are included, involved, and can achieve their full potential. And to serve as a resource for issues related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and lead by example.
The committee has worked very hard this year to identify a program that will be beneficial to ACEC Ohio membership. I am pleased to share with you a virtual four-part educational development program for our members which will explore “inclusive intelligence-- thriving through transformational change.” This interactive program starts in March and will have four 90-minute segments designed to advance your knowledge and skills in DEI.
We encourage you to attend this series of workshops to build personal and organizational inclusive intelligence to be ahead of the curve and thrive through change.
