ACHNE Innovative Teaching Strategies (ITS)!

Innovative Teaching Strategies (ITS) are peer-reviewed, scholarly submissions, which are posted in the Members-only section of the ACHNE website.

There are several ways to be involved with ITS

Submit your teaching strategy! After review, submissions can be included as a peer-reviewed scholarly submission on your resume and annual review! This is a great way for ACHNE members to share expertise and resources.
Serve as a reviewer. ITS submissions are peer reviewed- and we always need reviewers. You can say yes or no to doing a review when one comes up.
Be part of a workgroup to update the ITS submission form. A group beginning this fall will be updating the ITS submission form with the new AACN Essentials, the new Scope and Standards of PH Nursing, and other updates as needed.
Lead the ITS workgroup to update the submission form.
Be the Editor of ITS! Be the leader in charge of the submissions, work with reviewers, get new ITS posted, help update the submission form.
