Sunday Afternoon Outdoor Adventure (Optional)

Lunch at Restaurant 1858 and Hike to Seven Falls

11:30 AM – 4:00 PM – Restaurant 1858 and Seven Falls

Join other adventurous members, first time attendees and spouses/guests for a delightful lunch and hiking experience at the Broadmoor’s newly reimagined Seven Falls area. We will gather at the AFT registration area and shuttle together over to the park. The distance from the ticket office to the base of the Falls is 8/10ths of a mile on an asphalt path with mild incline. We will lunch together at Restaurant 1858, named for the year the Colorado Gold Rush began. The rustic design of 1858 fits into its scenic setting beautifully, and it’s uniquely Colorado theme is carried through the interior décor and menu.

After lunch, we will take the 224 steps up a magnificent series of waterfalls located in a 1250-foot-wall box canyon. These steps lead to hiking trails and the banks of glistening streams that feed the 181-foot drop of falling water at the Falls. The all inclusive price is $50.00 per person and we are limited to 20 attendees.  First come, first serve.  Please sign up on the registration form so we will know how many tickets to purchase and lunches to reserve.
