PKM’s Mary Beth Marchione Selected as Question Editor for CISA Exam

ATLANTA, Nov. 1, 2017 Porter Keadle Moore (PKM) announced that Systems Manager Mary Beth Marchione, CPA, CISA,CISSP, has been selected as Question Editor for the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Exam.

The CISA Exam is created by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), an organization that engages in the development, adoption and use of globally accepted, industry-leading knowledge and practices for information systems.  The CISA certification is world-renowned as the standard of achievement for those who audit, control, monitor and assess information technology and business systems.

“It’s an honor to be selected as a Question Editor for the  CISA Exam. I look forward to working with the team at the ISACA to develop a test that evaluates the next generation of auditors and accurately quantifies their skills and abilities,” said Marchione.

Since joining PKM, Marchione has served some of the firm’s largest financial clients as an outsourced IT auditor and security consultant. She has worked with large SEC registrants, providing both assurance and consulting services including SOC reports and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in a wide range of complex information technology environments. Prior to joining PKM in 2012, Marchione worked at The Bank of New York Mellon, as an Accounting Analyst prior to her work as a Risk and Compliance Specialist, working with Embedded Controls.
