JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- (October 27, 2009) -- Summit Financial Solutions, Inc., an affiliate company of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), today announced that Northwestern Bank has selected the Summit.NET image processing platform to be the foundation for their item processing services. Northwestern Bank is a community bank based in Traverse City, MI. The bank, along with two affiliate banks, has total assets in excess of $1Billion.
According to Art Southerton, Vice President at Northwestern Bank, "We were looking for a 'Next-Generation' image processing solution to be the foundation for our 'I Can Do That' customer service culture. We liked the fact that Summit is a 100% .NET-based complete platform.
"Another major factor was the level of interfaces and integration that Summit provides. Summit.NET has certified integration software with our core vendor, which will simplify the installation process as well as ensure a stable operating environment. In addition, Summit has interfaced to our Internet Banking system, further strengthening their ability to deliver the tools to help us implement a new check imaging system and provide the level of service we are committed to deliver to our customers," commented Southerton.
"We are very proud to add Northwestern Bank as a Summit client," said Ron Thill, President of Summit Financial Solutions. "We believe their 'I Can Do That' program fits well with the Summit philosophy to focus on our customers and provide the best solution and service possible. Northwestern Bank joins a number of multi-billion dollar institutions that have ordered Summit.NET this year. The product's robust design and next generation features make it a solid follow on product for banks that are still running on legacy image systems."
