Glastonbury, Conn., Dec. 21, 2009 - Raddon Financial Group (RFG), a provider of research-based solutions to financial institutions and a strategic business unit of Open Solutions Inc.®, announced today that it would resell DeepTarget OLB, a proven banner messaging system for the online banking environment.
The alliance will enable RFG to further help clients leverage their online banking channels with relevant product offers based on RFG's research-based segmentation and predictive cross-sell methodology.
RFG already offers integrated solutions to help clients improve cross-sales through the teller, platform and call center channels. DeepTarget OLB extends RFG's solution to the online banking channel through a secure, hosted, electronic banner messaging system that presents targeted and personalized offers to customers or members within the online banking environment. The banners are highly targeted to each individual account holder based on RFG's proprietary segmentation models.
"We have a long history of providing strategic advice and marketing analytics to financial institutions. DeepTarget allows us to further transform this knowledge into targeted marketing offers within online banking," said Craig Capp, RFG's vice president, strategic solutions. "The integrated workflow between iNTEGRATOR and DeepTarget provides unique value to our clients."
RFG contends that, as today's consumers have more choice than ever before about where, when and how they bank, consistent and relevant messaging through all channels will greatly enhance a financial institution's marketing effectiveness. This customer/member-centric strategy is what consumers are starting to expect.
Preetha Pulusani, DeepTarget's chief executive officer, said, "We are very excited to now have an industry stalwart such as RFG as a partner. Given their breadth of clients and influence in the industry, there is no doubt that such a key alliance will both directly and positively impact DeepTarget's mission for leadership and innovation in targeted digital marketing solutions for financial services."
