Develop balance and stability while sitting in a chair! This class adapts fundamental movement patterns and basic fitness exercises to a chair. Participants will establish a sense of flow and connection between mind and body to maintain and increase your range of motion while seated. There is an opportunity to stand or stay seated as you adapt the movements to your own capabilities. All levels of movement are welcome.
This class is ongoing and takes place weekly on Tuesdays from 1-2:30 pm in person at the Balance Arts Center and virtually on Zoom. See the website for holidays and breaks.
